ON LEADERSHIP AND SHARING

You were probably expecting a “Portland Coffee- part 2″ kinda post, and there should be more of those, as there are plenty of worth revisiting coffee shops here!” However, because I haven’t gotten to visit at least 5 new ones, I am saving that round up for when I have more material. Today, I simply want to share a thought about leadership and the power of sharing (in any shape and form). A few months ago, when I started to get a ton of time in my hands, I discovered Simon Sinek’s TED talk: “how great leaders inspire action” ( if you haven’t watched, seriously invest 18 mins, or 30 to watch Simon’s both TED talks!) and believe me, it changed my approach to many things, it led me to take a course on leadership development, which led me to Ammy Cuddy’s TED talk, and then a bunch of other interesting concepts I have been reading on and learning.
